Weâve all had those days where we feel depleted, both physically and emotionally. And now, with an ongoing pandemic and ever-changing rules and norms, it feels even harder to protect and preserve our energy and emotional well-being. To do so, itâs important to develop sustainable strategies that help us stay grounded and calm.

Itâs only natural to feel stressed from time to time. When we do, itâs important to address the feeling head-on. When we ignore our bodiesâ signs that tell us to slow down, our stress can build up and eventually escalate, which can lead to burnout.
