In the video that follows, physical therapist Peggy Brill presents a very simple three-step, exercise routine. It explains ways to reduce thoracic neck pain. And the video shows ways to help prevent flare-ups.

To participate along with the video, you do not need any equipment. You just a little know how. That’s right, you require no equipment for these exercises.

Yours truly (the blog author) followed along with the video. The three steps are extremely simple. Anyone can do them. They really take only a few minutes to complete. I will make this part of my own daily exercise routine.
